Currently I'm attending school, I have blonde hair, and I'm usually pretty upbeat. Throughout my life so far it's been a journey of keeping up with my mental health, especially in this day and age. I like to write and thought that starting a blog could help me, as well as others. I enjoy being in the mountains or on a beach. I also love to hang out with my friends and have a dream of making a big impact on others and building up a platform in which I could talk about mental health and provide supports for others in their time of need.
